Refund policy

We strive for customer satisfaction and offer hassle-free returns. Please read the terms below:

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.

• Accessories ( sandals) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

  with your order details and reason for return.

• We will guide you on how to ship the item back.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products, subject to availability.

If any damaged /  defective / Exchange  products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
